2. Do your dresses run true to size?
Our sizing is standard, but we understand fabrics drape differently on every body. We recommend ordering multiple sizes if you’re unsure – you can return what doesn’t work within 15 days! Check each product’s size chart for specific measurements.
3. What materials are your dresses made from?
We select breathable, movement-friendly fabrics that maintain their shape while allowing you to sway with confidence. Specific fabric content is listed on each product page.

We proudly ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Every woman deserves access to our confidence-boosting fashion!
2. What are my shipping options?

✈️ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Handled by DHL/FedEx, arrives 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking. Perfect for time-sensitive occasions!

🎁 Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Via EMS, arrives within 15-25 days. Ideal when building your capsule wardrobe.

3. How long does order processing take?
Our Tucson studio carefully inspects each piece before eco-friendly packaging (1-2 business days). You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.
4. Are there additional customs fees?
For international orders, any customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility. We can’t predict these fees as they vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What’s your return policy?
We want you to feel fabulous! You may return unworn items with tags within 15 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns page for complete instructions.
2. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend ordering new items while returning the original purchase within the 15-day window.
3. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
