At Sway & Shine Fashion, we want you to love every piece as much as we do. If your purchase doesn’t fit quite right or match your expectations, our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into our delicate fabrics.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, giving you time to ensure each piece fits your style as perfectly as our signature fit & flare dresses complement your silhouette.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any items with removed tags. Our plus size tops and skirts must be returned in their original packaging with all protective liners intact.

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (to help us improve our designs)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip
  • Seal securely – we recommend using the same protective layers our dresses arrive in

Step 3: Ship Back to Us

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: The item price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Instructions

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item and size in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

💐 Special Note: During peak seasons (like our new collection launches), processing may take slightly longer – we appreciate your patience as we handle each return with the same attention we give to our embroidery details.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
